[Friday||December 12th, 2008 @ 7:48pm] The weather is evil outside, rain belting down and some intense wind. Trust me to decide tonight's a good night for beer garden with my wee Wavelength boyos. I can't afford to go out with the girls, so it's Old Brown Jug with the boys. Paddy Considine was there the other day, which was beyond odd. Another odd thing: Last night I saw Johnny Wilkes in a t-shirt saying "Robbie" sing back for good. With four vertically challenged (seriously, what is the pc term for small people?) standing in as the other Take That members, whilst Phil "The Power" Taylor lurked behind playing a magic mirror and harmonising. Bizarre. Everyone's coming back from uni this weekend it seems, it might seem cold to say so but I haven't overly missed anyone. I'll be looking forward to seeing everyone, but it's odd. I imagined loosing Imogen to Leeds would be like loosing an arm, but actually she's one of the people I've missed the least. In fact, it's made me question how good a friend she actually was. It's odd that you have to take a step away from people to realise what they're actually like. From my wonderful friends (well, mainly Nic the singer, nicest man ever, ever, ever.) here's a wee Christmas message from Stoke. I don't feel very festive. I'm too stressed out worrying about college, uni, work and Kev. It's a week till he comes home and neither of us have communicated but I reckon it'll work out ok, we're both going to The Sport (see band above/ex Agent Blue) Christmas party, Nic's insisted it's fancy dress, either christmas wear, vintage sports wear, or a combination of both. Hello big, baggy vintage Pringle jumper and leggings! I got this from Miss Selfridges earlier! I couldn't believe they had something nice in there! Is anyone actually feeling Christmassy yet? I'm not. CMNT

[Wednesday||June 13th, 2007 @ 8:53pm] We had the new Tv&Video lecturer today, he's just left Auntie Beeb to come teach us, we were gutted to find out that he hasn't met Terry Wigan though, we were all well gutted. However I think I love him, because he's funny as fuck and for our first lesson with him we got to watch one of my favourite films, Requiem for a dream and then had a wassvie discussion about. I really, really adore the shots in that film. Completely unrelated BUT you all need to download this - Crystal Castles "xxcxxzx"  as this is what I think a combination of the Klaxons and CSS would sound like if they were trapped in a Nintendo game and decided they needed to make music.
